Delivery Fee's?

Our standard delivery fee is $125 within a 25-mile radius. For any additional distance, there's a of $1.00 per mile per trip, determined by the exact location of your event. Please note that rental equipment drop-off must be within 30 of where the truck can park, and any changes in distance or elevation, such as stairs or elevators, are not included. For more details, feel free to consult with one of our team members when requesting a quote. Regular delivery times are weekdays from 11 AM to 4 PM, and there is a fee of $45 for requested exact on-time deliveries and pickups.

After Hours Charges?

If you need our services outside of regular business hours, we’re here to help! Just a heads up, there will be an additional fee of $125, plus $125 per hour, added to your total charges. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you!

Break Down & Set Up Fee's?

Please note that there is a fee of $35 for basic small setup/breakdown, taking up 30 minutes. The charge is $65 hour for an hour's worth of setup time and $65 per hour for breakdown. We want to ensure that everything is set up properly and safely, and that the breakdown process is efficient and timely. A $35 cleaning charge will apply for items returned dirty.
